Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PrestoCal ("the Service"), a meeting scheduling tool available at prestocal.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PrestoCal lets organizers propose meeting times, collect availability rankings from participants, and confirm the best slot. Participants do not need an account to respond to an invitation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your Account page; deletion is permanent and removes your meetings and data.

3. Free tier and paid plans

Free accounts may create a limited number of meetings. Paid subscriptions (billed via Stripe) unlock additional features such as unlimited meetings and custom branding. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given for unused time except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate others, to distribute unlawful content, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (meeting titles, descriptions, uploaded branding images). You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
