Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data PrestoCal collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.
What we collect
Account holders: email address, display name, optional profile photo, timezone, and subscription status.
Meeting participants: the email address and optional name the organizer enters for you, plus the availability rankings you submit. Participants do not need an account.
Technical: standard server logs (IP address, user agent) kept briefly for security and debugging.
How we use it
Solely to operate the Service: sending meeting invitations, reminders, and confirmations; scheduling; billing; and account management. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
We use a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments — we never see your card number). Each processes data under their own GDPR-compliant terms.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account from the Account page permanently removes your profile, meetings, participants, and rankings. Expired verification codes and canceled meetings may persist briefly in backups before rotation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. Most of this you can do directly from your Account page; for anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: your sign-in session. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
